What type of lubricant should I use?
ILF Inc. recommends the use of water-based lubricants only. Oil-based lubricants should NOT be used, since they will slowly destroy the Fleshlight material over time. Inserts damaged by use of oil-based lubricants are not eligible for exchange or refund.

How do I adjust the suction on my Fleshlight?
Simply loosen the cap on the base of your Fleshlight to decrease suction, tighten it to increase suction.

Can I use the inserts without the case?
Yes you can, but it does not feels as good. You will find you have less thrusting power and it is not as tight. You may also decrease the life-span of your Fleshlight.

How do I warm up my Fleshlight?
The recommended method is to place your Fleshlight in a sink or large bowl of hot water - not boiling (you don't want it to hot). What warranty does ILF Inc. Provide?
If you are dissatisfied with your selection for any reason within the first 30 days of purchase, you may return it for a store credit or exchange. ILF Inc will, based on your preference, either replace the item free of charge (for defective products) or provide store credit in the amount of your original purchase (excluding shipping and handling).

To inquire about returning a product, contact us and provide your name, order ID and a brief description of the problem. ILF Inc will send you complete instructions on how to return your package. Please be aware that ILF Inc cannot accept return merchandise that arrives without an RMA number on the outside of the package. Once payment is complete, your order will be assigned a tracking number for either FedEx or USPS. Orders shipping to a PO Box or to an APO address will ship via USPS.
